Rizz ("we", "us") is operated by Cofdev Private Limited. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Rizz app and website, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, used for passwordless sign-in.
- Wardrobe data: photos of garments you add, and the type, category and colour tags Rizz generates from them.
- Body data: measurements, body type and the full-body photo you provide for virtual try-on. This is stored with your profile and protected by the app's biometric lock.
- Usage data: credits consumed, outfits generated, and basic device/app diagnostics.
- Location/weather: an approximate location or manually set city, used only to fetch local weather for outfit planning.
How we use it
- To generate outfit suggestions and virtual try-on results.
- To back up your wardrobe so it restores on a new device.
- To process credit purchases and subscriptions via Razorpay.
- To improve Rizz's AI tagging and styling accuracy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your photos or body data to third parties. Garment and body-photo processing uses third-party AI providers solely to deliver the feature you requested (tagging, background removal, try-on rendering).
Your controls
- Delete any wardrobe item or your full-body photo at any time from within the app.
- Request full account and data deletion by contacting us.
- Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint.
